Manufacturing System

With a total plant area of up to 110, 000 sq meters, Qiaohua owns 2 production bases in Shenzhen and Puning. The number of employees is over 1, 500. Many professional production lines, such as hardware, plastic molding, SMT electronic patch, communication antenna assembly and television antenna assembly, etc., have been operated. Backed with state-of-the-art professional equipment and precise quality-control instruments, our plants have acquired the certificates of ISO09001: 2008 International Quality System and OHSAS18000 System. Many product batches have passed the AQL1.5 standard and acquired nearly 100 certifications, including CE, RoHS, and UL, etc. Our eco-friendly products are both safe and reliable.

Research & Development Systems

After years of research, Qiaohua has reinforced its technnical competence and R&D system, predominated by specialization, dedication and professionalism in antenna area. Our Provincial Enterprise Technology Center is established in the State Industry Base of Digital Home Application and Demonstrations in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center. The core technologies of antenna are developed by a team combing of qualified engineers with specialized equipments, prompting Qiaohua to be a global pioneer in the field. Meanwhile, we have obtained over 100 patents, including the 14th China′s Golden Patent Award, which was first won by antenna field since it was set in 1989.
